Look Forward, a filly by Bolt D´Oro out of Troublesome by American Pharoah, with a standard start, went to fight for the lead in the first exchanges, passed the 400 and 800 meters, calmly in third place amidst some very fast partials, turned the last curve and entered the final stretch, as escort on line five and charging against the leader, in the last 200, she already dominated with relative clarity, in the final 100, she had to leave it all on the field, to neutralize the attack of a serious rival (Artisma) and hold on to the lead until the finish line, to thus win painfully by a head, the Santa Ynez Stakes G3, at Santa Anita Park, over a distance of 1400 meters, on sand. Time: 1’25”42 (85”42). Race #7. Sunday, January 5, 2025.

It is worth noting that Look Forward added his first win of the year and also his first stakes. Good performance.
